Refund Policy

Items received within 15 days;

Items unused, not in damaged or worn condition;

Items in original packaging.

1. We have to inspect all returned items when they arrive at our Facility. We can  refund the cost of the merchandise & shipping, if the return is a result ofour error or defective products.

2. If the return is not a result of our error, but you initiate a return within 15 days since the arrival date, we refund the full cost of items, but exclude the charge of delivery.

3. You can expect your refund within 3 weeks after the returned itemsarrive at our Facility. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 3 weeks because of returned product inspection at our facility (5 business days), and Bank Transfer (5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.

If the Implant failed within 6 weeks since the Surgery Date, we would change a new Implant for Free without any Reason and Charge.
